Ruben’s manager, Travis Hateley has been obsessed with every form of motorsport his entire life and has always been in or around some form of racing. As an Aircraft maintenance Engineer and Maintenance Coordinator, Travis also loves the behind the scene’s element of motorsport and gets much more enjoyment seeing others excel than driving himself.

It’s this determination and adaptability that pushes Ruben and the team along to progress and achieve such a high level at such a fast rate.
